1. Who we are
laoleaf.com (the “Store”) is operated by Lao Leaf, Lao Leaf Design, Odessa, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products
We sell digital products: STL and other 3D model files, PDF guides, and custom 3D modeling services. We do our best to describe every product accurately with photos and specifications. Print and casting results depend on your equipment, settings and materials and may differ from the photos.
3. Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
- Card and PayPal payments are processed by Western Bid, Inc. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never see or store your full card details.
- For crypto payments you must send the exact amount shown on the invoice before it expires. Network and exchange fees are your responsibility.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
4. Delivery and your account
Files are delivered by email and through an account that is created automatically with your email address. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Details are in the Delivery Policy.
5. License to use the files
All designs remain the intellectual property of Lao Leaf Design. Buying a file gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You do not acquire ownership of the design.
Personal use license (default, and for free files):
- Print, cast and use the items for yourself, or give them as non-commercial gifts.
- Modify the files for your own use.
- Selling items made from the files is not allowed.
Lifetime Commercial license (when purchased as a product option):
- Everything in the Personal use license.
- Make and sell physical items produced from the design (for example, printed frames, silicone molds, or concrete and wax products cast with them), with no time limit.
Under any license you may not resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the digital files themselves (original or modified), in whole or in part, including on file-sharing sites and marketplaces.
6. Custom 3D modeling
Scope, price, timeline and the license for custom work are agreed in writing (email or messages) before work starts. Unless agreed otherwise, the delivered files are licensed to you under the Lifetime Commercial license, and we may show the work in our portfolio.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Safe use
Printed and cast items are made by you. Follow safety instructions for your printer, resins, silicone, concrete, wax and electrical components (for example lamp sockets). We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by the manufacture or use of items made from our files.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the files and guides are provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
