All products are digital
Lao Leaf Store sells digital products only: STL files for 3D printing, PDF guides and custom 3D modeling. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping costs, customs fees or delivery times.
How delivery works
- Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email titled “Your order is complete” with download links for your files.
- An account is created for you automatically with your email address as the login. Your files are always available under My account → Downloads.
- Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed once the blockchain transaction is confirmed, which usually takes a few minutes. Your order is delivered automatically after that.
Download limits
Each file can be downloaded a limited number of times. Download access does not expire. If you run out of downloads, or a file does not open, contact us and we will reset your access.
Custom 3D modeling
For custom design orders, the delivery time is agreed individually before work starts. Finished files are sent by email or added to your account.
Didn’t receive your files?
Check your Spam and Promotions folders, then log in to your account. If the files are still missing, email store@laoleaf.com with your order number and we will resolve it within 1–2 business days.
